Soul Fragments & Broken Hearts

In Isaiah 61:1 we read:

Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Master יהוה is upon Me, because יהוה has anointed Me to bring good news to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound,

This Scripture applies to us physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually but most importantly it requires the Spirit of the Master through Yahusha to heal. We have come to understand the Covenant Confirming Melchizedek Gospel Message. We have begun to learn how to "Come out of her, my people, lest we share in her sins, and lest we receive of her plagues. (Rev. 18:4) This is huge; this is foundational; and this 'set-apartness' remains a work in progress. However, Yahusha didn’t stop after He said, “to bring the good news to the meek.” He goes on to say that His 2nd reason was that He also came to heal the broken-hearted, proclaim release to the captives; and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. Soul fragments can bind you, hold you captive, and prevent you from being all that Yah wants you to be! I believe Yahuah really wants us to grasp in depth what healing the broken-hearted; the release of captives; and opening of prisons to those that are bound entails. We understand in part, but this too is a work in progress. Keep in mind that not only can individuals suffer from brokenness & soul fragments, but also the body of believers in Yahusha HaMashiach as the One New Man. Only Yahusha can heal and integrate fragmented parts.

I will soon be sharing an introductory 4- part video series on Heart & Soul. I will specifically be addressing conditions of Broken-heartedness and Soul Fragments. You see, upon my return home from Sukkot 2022, my world changed in a twinkle of an eye. It was clearly a Book of Job experience and a demonic attack upon my husband and family. Eight months after that attack followed an EF1 Tornado with hurricane-force straight-line winds that transformed my subdivision to an image of a logging community. Therefore, over the past year and in the process of time, Yahuah has lifted the veil on what happens to someone with broken-heartedness, soul fragments, and how the enemy homes in on weak souls for attack. He brought to the forefront that most of His people suffer from weak souls and apparently, He wants this topic addressed. Make now mistake, we are ALL at some point on this continuum of brokeness, either from a single broken heart to severe fragmentation. You see, if a soul is already weakened by brokenness, then when that soul encounters stress, trauma, abuse, or dealing with generational sins; it becomes even weaker and darker, and that soul is more prone to demonic influence and even suicide. Satan prowls around like a roaring lion seeking who he can devour. Sadly, I believe most believers today have weak souls mainly because of lie-based beliefs. Most believers have never been taught nor have they learned how to ‘strengthen’ their soul as King David did in the Psalms. We must first become aware of what happens when someone is broken and the seriousness thereof; then, there must be a genuine desire to be healed. Shame, pride, and embarrassment must not be stumbling blocks to receiving help.

There must be a willingness to take an active role in the healing process. Yahusha would ask, do you want to be healed? Broken-heartedness and soul fragments cannot be cured by simply telling someone to just ‘give it to Jesus.’ Yes, Yahusha is there for them, and prayers are powerful, but true healing must take place in our inner ‘Tent of Meeting’ in our soul, the Holy place, as we commune and fellowship with Yah. If a broken heart or soul fragment is not recognized and dealt with, the condition can grow worse, and pressure can build until it explodes.

What condition is your condition in? Do you randomly get triggered by people, places, or things? Do you try to avoid certain circumstances? Are there grudges and unforgiveness you hold tightly too? Are you struggling with addictions and fears? Has your soul been damaged by stress, trauma, abuse, or by generational sins? How do you work on your soul? Do you presently commune with your soul? Do you invite Yahusha to help you understand and heal your soul?

Some days do you say, ‘I just don’t feel like myself today?’ Do you get angry often or jump from emotion to emotion? Do you ask yourself, why am I feeling angry? Anger is usually secondary to a deeper root cause or relationship issue. The Book of Psalms is loaded with David communing with himself; strengthening himself; and communing with Yahuah. It is my belief that we do not do enough of this ourselves.

2Co 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart, but even if our outward man is perishing, the inward man is being renewed day by day.

Yahuah wants us to understand ourselves more; He wants to see us move from strength to strength; He wants us to be Overcomers from things that have weakened and fragmented our souls such as lie-based beliefs. He wants us to invest time in working on ourselves inwardly, as much as we devote to time on YouTube, video games, and other external social media apps; or time we spend pointing out other people’s issues. He wants to be our primary focus and He wants us to fellowship and have a relationship with Him. You see, He is the only one that can heal and integrate our broken hearts or soul fragments. This tells us, those that have not built their house on the rock can never be fully whole. They can be helped to a certain extent, but only Yahusha can heal the broken-hearted. It can be a very serious condition. Do you want to be healed?
